The Terrace Above the City — 1014 Piece Art Puzzle

The terrace exists in a time zone of its own. Orange trees heavy with fruit, a fountain that has been running since before anyone living can remember, and light that arrives in a way particular to North Africa — warm, direct, and slightly golden even at midday. The city hums somewhere below. Up here, the only urgency is the shadows moving across the tile.

1014 pieces of terracotta and citrus light — the intricate geometric patterns of hand-painted tiles, the curve of the fountain basin, the latticed shade of climbing vines, and the particular blue of sky that exists only above certain rooftops. A scene that asks you to slow down before you've even started.
