Refund policy
Every puzzle from The Wandered Piece is made to order, which means it exists because you ordered it. We don’t carry stock, and we don’t accept returns on orders placed in error or because of a change of mind. We ask that you review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
That said, we stand behind every piece we send.
Damaged or defective items: If your puzzle arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 30 days of delivery at hello@thewanderedpiece.com with a clear photo of the issue. We’ll send a replacement at no cost to you — no return required.
Wrong item received: If you received the wrong puzzle, contact us within 30 days and we’ll make it right immediately.
Lost in transit: If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days of the estimated delivery date (US) or 45 days (international), contact us and we’ll investigate and reship as needed.
What we can’t cover: We’re unable to offer refunds or replacements for orders with incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout, or for orders refused at delivery.
