Processing Time
All puzzles are made to order. Orders are typically processed and sent to production within 1–3 business days.

Estimated Delivery
— United States: 5–10 business days after production
— Canada & UK: 7–14 business days
— Rest of World: 10–21 business days

These are estimates. Delays can occur due to carrier volume, customs, or other factors outside our control.

Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after you receive it.

Shipping Carriers
We ship via USPS, UPS, Royal Mail, and other regional carriers depending on your location and our fulfillment partner routing.

International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply upon delivery. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in your order total.
